英国PwC申请面经心得全纪录

PwC每年雇用大约1200名毕业生。毕业生可以申请加入的部门有：
Assurance (audit)
Tax
Advisory
Consulting

对于PwC的Graduate Scheme，想要申请上述的任何岗位，英国本科学位成绩都必须至少达到2.1（相当于国内本科均分80以上）。
PwC可以帮录用的学生申请Work Permit，但是由于数量有限，建议尽早申请。

Occupational Personality Questionnaire
PWC使用在线职业性格问卷调查了解每位应聘者的个性以及他或她喜欢的工作方式。
没有所谓的方法来准备这份问卷，所以只能诚实地回答你的问题。
PwC Application Questions
在回答申请表中的问题时，不要含糊其辞，需要给出具体的例子。不要从PwC的宣传册和营销材料中抄句子。此外，你的学术和其他证书将在以后的过程中进行检查，所以不要撒谎。
你可能会被要求写500字关于PwC可能提供给潜在客户的服务。这个问题需要你：
了解PwC为客户提供的服务
PwC如何帮助客户提高绩效。
选择一个你熟悉的企业回答这些问题比较好。避免讨论任何技术类型的业务，如保险或银行业务。如果可能的话，选择一个不是PwC的客户企业，否则你就是关公面前耍大刀。

网上申请两天内，通常会邀请考生在参加在线考试。在线测试没有计时，但你需要在五天内完成。
在线测试由最多四个部分组成，具体取决于您申请的工作领域：
Numerical reasoning basic skills: 从表格中解读数据，分数，百分比，比率，时间/日期计算，外币兑换。
Inductive reasoning or logic test
Situational Judgement
Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ)
你的第一次面试将由PwC的经理或高级经理负责，根据你在申请时提供的联系方式，对你进行的能力面试（competency based interview）。面试将专注于你的申请表和以前的经历，持续约45分钟。First Interview可以是面对面的面试或电话面试。你可以选择。请记住，如果您选择进行电话面试，良好的电话礼仪将会获得意想不到的收获。谈话时不要吃东西或喝东西 - 就像在面对面的面试中一样。
在面试过程中，你将由PwC的Core Competencies进行评估，这套系统对所有员工都具有重要意义。其核心内容包括：

PwC的面试问题，就像Big 4的其他成员一样，都是标准化的。候选人通常会被问到以下几点：

Tell me about a difficult experience at work and how you dealt with it.
What made you decide to join this Professional Service?

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
What are your major achievements to date?
What do you do in your spare time?
Describe how you see the role of a graduate at PwC?
What is the biggest mistake you have made? What did you learn from this mistake?
Tell me about a time when you have worked in a team? What was your role?
Have you applied for any other graduate jobs?
How does PwC add value to its clients?
How is PwC Assurance divided and in what division would you like to work?
Tell me what you know about the qualification which you will be studying?
Explain when you have been in a situation where you were working towards a deadline and the parameters have been changed? (i.e. you have been asked to deliver something slightly different)

What do you anticipate you will be doing in your first year at PwC?
What can you tell me about the (ACA) qualification to which you have applied?
What can you tell me about the line of work to which you have applied?
What do you think you will be doing in your first year at PwC?
Discuss a recent piece of financial news that has been in the press?
在面试过程中，你应该牢记PwC的Core Competencies，因为这将是你主要的测试内容。在面试时，你必须能够举例说明您过去如何展现这些能力。你需要根据自身的经验作出回应（工作，教育，课外活动）。
总的来说，PwC面试更多地是面试官和候选人之间的谈话。虽然面试的重点是体现你自身的能力，但也要与你在申请表格中所展现的内容相关联。
Assessment Day一般预计为四个小时。你将加入到一个由最多12名候选人的小组。穿着适当的服装，如果你不确定穿什么，请选择保守。
4.1 Numerical & Diagrammatic Test
这是一个多选题测试。你需要准备一个计算器，铅笔和橡皮擦。如果你自己没有带，这些将被提供给你。如果可能的话，尝试带上你熟悉的计算器。
Numerical test由20个问题组成，20分钟内回答。Diagrammatic reasoning测试包含40个问题，需要在20分钟内完成。虽然格式大致相同，但问题比在线测试更难。
这个阶段会有极端的时间压力。你必须正确地分配你的时间，如果你陷入困境，你需要学会取舍。与在线测试相比，此测试将极具挑战性，建议你提前为此做好准备。来自非数学背景的考生可能会在数学部分举步艰难，因此你可能需要更多的练习。
Diagrammatic reasoning也很难，并且将随着测试的进行变得更加困难。很多人都无法完成这部分考试。
如果你在这些测试中遇到了困难，也不要气馁。毕竟，PwC也聘用大量来自艺术背景的毕业生PwC会从各个角度来考量每一个求职者。
4.2 Written Communication Exercise
你需要阅读大量的信息，然后编写一份报告。这些工作需要在30分钟完成。这些信息会提供一些信息选项，你将根据提供的信息进行评估可行性并提出建议。
在这个环节，你需要使用良好的英语和正确的语法，以至于可以清楚地表达您的想法。你需要考虑在报告的开头提出你的建议，以免你没有时间完成。
4.3 Group Exercise
Group Exercise将有三到六名应聘者参加，并会有两名普华永道观察员在场。小组将获得一家公司的基本情况信息。此外，根据每个人在小组中扮演的角色，每个人都会收到一些额外的信息。然后有20分钟时间阅读信息，30分钟与小组讨论。
Group Exercise要求你与其他候选人进行交流和讨论观点，并在最终得出结论。花一些时间在纸上写下你的想法，以防因为紧张而忘记。
在Group Exercise中，需要确保每个人都参与进来，保持目光接触，密切关注时间，扩展其他人的观点，并有说服力。不要主宰谈话，不要陷入琐碎的事情。
4.4 Partner Interview
在PwC的 合伙人面试中， 其中90％关于能力和10％关于你申请的领域。问题的核心围绕以下方面：communication skills, client service, self-development, development of others, relationship building 和 personal networks。
其中能力类型的问题可能包含以下内容：
Why do you want to work for PwC? Why PwC instead of another Big 4 firm?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years' time? At PwC, in 5 years you can reasonably expect to finish 'Manager' position and be moving into managing staff and clients on your own.
What recent events have affected PwC and the accounting industry?
What factors do you think are important to make a successful business?
If you were senior partner at PwC, what would keep you up at night?
Give me an example of a business you think is performing well/badly and explain why you think this is so?
If you had £1 million, how would you invest it?
Tell me about a time when you have had to motivate someone?
Tell me when you learnt something new?
Tell me about a time when you have to resolve a disagreement diplomatically.
What/where do you expect to be in 5 years?
If you met the CEO of M&S and were asked for advice from an auditory point of view, what would you say?
If you were unsuccessful with PwC what would you do?
Give two examples of when you've had to make and stick to a budget.
Tell me about a time you had to deal with rejection.
Tell me about a time when you convinced others with your point of view.
